The Multichain team is thrilled to announce its integration with the newly launched Step Network, a blockchain adopted by global corporations and supported by national heroes like Usain Bolt. This integration enables Step Network to interact with Ethereum, BNB chain, and more than ten other mainstream chains.

From now on, users will be able to bridge seven assets including BNB, BUSD, DAI, ETH, USDC, USDT, WBTC to Step network. Besides, FITFI is also transferable between Step network and Avalanche. This integration makes it incredibly easy for users to deploy assets on Step blockchain and immediately use all Step products. Additionally, it will open up limitless DeFi possibilities for developers due to the ease of onboarding new protocols to Step network.

Opportune Timing

Step Network will deploy its core DEX, StepEx, at the end of August. The launch is through a fair launch Lockdrop. Multichain users can move assets to Step Network from Ethereum, BNB, Polygon, or other networks. This will allow them to take part in the Lockdrop and get free, unlocked tokens of StepEx.

Multichain has brought ground-breaking innovations to arbitrary cross-chain communication since its inception. This integration is another step towards our mission to cultivate an ideal multi-chain ecosystem with efficiently executed interoperability. The involvement of more tokens transferable as well as chains interoperable through Multichain for Step network is within sight.

About Step App (FITFI):

Step Network is the first of its kind: a blockchain focusing on experiencing life. There are several major products launching now that the first roster includes Step App, StepEx (DEX), StepLaunch, and core NFT infra.

About Multichain:

On July 20th, 2020, Multichain was born as Anyswap to address the clear need for distinct and diverse blockchains to communicate with one another. Multichain promotes interoperability across different networks and actualizes smooth asset and value transfers as a cross-chain architecture. Multichain is now the leader in the cross-chain sector, with a constantly growing family of non-EVM and EVM chains (currently 60).
